Unzip and remove the cover, then take out the memory foam insert. Machine wash the cover on a gentle cycle. Spot clean the foam with a damp cloth or wipe, and allow it to air dry away from heat or sunlight. Avoid dryers and direct sun exposure to protect the foam. Once everything is dry, reassemble and your pillow is ready for your next adventure!
